Comfy room cheap beer in happy hour & great jukebox in bar

Unable to say as when we got there we were told they were fully booked despite having received a confirmation from Hotels.com who the manager said they no longer dealt with.

The room was very nice when we first saw it big new looking and modern but the toilet was covered in wee which I cleaned with a wipe . There was a self service kitchen that we were shown to do breakfast with bread, crumpets and cereal when we went to breakfast the bread and crumpets were a week out of date and there was green mould on the bread , the milk was 3 days out of date so we couldn’t even have cereal as the milk was bad . Absolutely disgusting and disappointed ☹️ no one to tell about this as it was very early in the morning.

Absolutely outrageous Noisy pub next door until 02:30 am No heating facilities and no warm water. Called hotel.co for relocation, after 45 min told can not do anything!!!!!!! After formal complaint they refunded £15,,,, absolutely disgusted.......... worse ever experience

Can not fault this place. Clean, warm and nice shower and bath
