Beautiful, clean and well kept property. Absolutely terrible and expensive service around the pool. Weird thing - two separate single duvets on a king size bed, I kept waking up freezing! But really lovely hotel

Very nice hotel. Lunch around the pool is a little disappointing and very expensive for what it is. Great evening meal in Teyo. Not sure it's worth £700. + a night in peak season

Very clean property.

Save your money and stay elsewhere. Rooms are so small you can barely open your suitcase. Our AC didn't work and they kept saying that they would fix it - and never did. I asked for a refund for the rest of my stay so I could go elsewhere and they said no. They just comp influencers to stay here and price gouge everyone else to make up for it. TLDR - Stay at a nicer and cheaper resort on the water like Seven Pines

OKU was divine!! Amazing experience throughout our stay!! Johnny was very attentive at the pool area!! Ucy was a ray of sunshine at the spa, Galina was truly amazing when I had my OKU signature facial!! Supervisor- sorry didn’t get her name, went above and beyond on our last day!! Thank you, we will definitely be returning to this hotel- it was a vibe!!

Very good location and good vibe

I was a little sceptical at first as we usually stay on the east coast and in over 20 years of visiting this would be my first stay in the San An area (it’s improved a lot over the years, and it’s actually in a different neighbourhood). We didn’t regret it. We booked a superior double, which for us was a little basic (no fridge) and had views over an apartment block over the back. We spoke to reception and paid for an upgrade to a junior suite overlooking the main pool. From then everything was fantastic. The room, service, the food is all great. The decor is magnificent also with a focus on modern art. It’s located in a quiet neighbourhood close by to some beautiful secluded beaches. The speaker in the room absolutely thumps as well 😂 It was a toss up between here and the standard, we definitely made the right choice. This may be our new favourite.

Fantastic place for us as a group - not pretentious - comfortable and great value for what you get. Johnny the pool server was wonderful and friendly with nothing too much to ask!

Absolutely best hotel ever stayed in. Service was great from the valet parking everyday to reception to the pool staff to the rooms. It was all fantastic!! We want to try another Oku now. Highly recommend the stay!

I had a great time in Oku. Room was nice, little beach near by was my favorite. Everyone in the hotel was super nice. Restaurant in the hotel was amazing, the best out of all I visited in Ibiza

This is by far one of my favourite hotels ever. The staff and everyone at the hotel were amazing, the room, the pool, the breakfast & lunch all incredible. I can’t wait to visit again. It was an amazing week & we did not want to leave. The only downfall for us was there’s not much around if you want to be able to walk to restaurants.. but Madunia & La Torre near by are lovely. The restaurant onsite did good food but the service was really awful for us. Our waiter was painfully slow & really ignored a lot of what we were saying. It took 3 hours to have 3 courses & we had to ask for the bill about 4 times. Wouldn’t go there again.

OKU was better then my expectations. The staff was exceptional. We especially enjoyed or time at the pool - thank you Johnny for making it so fun. The food at the pool and for dinner was incredible. We loved everything we ate. Drinks were good too. On the healthy side we enjoyed both the yoga and the HITT classes, my facial at the spa and the yummy juice bar. The room was just OK, but we were in the most basic type they offer. Maybe splurge on a better level of room.

This was my second stay at Oku, the first time I stayed in a Deluxe Junior Suite with my husband and it was amazing over looking the pool and dj. This time I had a lovely Deluxe Room to share with a friend and it was perfect for our trip with a large group of friends. The added sitting area provided enough space for us both and all our things. My only complain would be that the closet needs to allow for dresses to be hung, the configuration is silly. Also housekeeping needs to replenish things like cotton buds, etc daily and didn't for our stay. The turndown service with water by the bed was lovely when we came home from the clubs, as were the drinks in the lobby before and after nights out. The breakfast is very good and one of the best around tbh. If you want peace and quiet by the pool, Oku is not for you, a few friends did go to the family pool when they needed it more quiet. I also love that Cala Gracio beach and my fave restaurant Cala Gracionetta is a short walk away! The restaurant across from Oku is also very good and has great tapas and drinks.
