The rooms are far different from the photos, initially in what family room then moved to another place, the place does not match the maps, difficult to find, by an online motorcycle taxi.

The receptionist is more than a boarding house mom, just banged out. Luama check-in when guests come to rest. Stuffy room. Dirty bathroom. Moist mattress. too narrow. Like Sapa's bedroom, not a family room.

The room does not fit the photos, smells of cigarette smoke, the bathroom door is broken, the mattress is located above the bathroom. There is no solution even though it is clear that the booked room is not suitable, instead it is put into another room. It's not recommended to stay here.

The room was uncomfortable because it was too narrow there was a smell of cigarettes, the bathroom could not be locked, the shower was jammed.

Please CS, be more careful if you are communicating with customers, but guards in the field are friendly, overall rooms are okay, very comfortable for travelers who want to find cheap lodging, and there are many snacks in the lodging area.
