This is my third time in Hotel Chapter, so it is excellent choice in terms of location, staff, and amenities. It is better than what it advertised to be. So yea I highly recommend it! Did I mention that all the staff, literally in all shifts and everywhere in the hotel are amazing?

Great hotel

I really liked this hotel. It was in a great central location, most things were a 10 minute walk. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Again the bathroom was spacious, shower was extremely powerful. The only facility we used was the bar before we left but again this was comfortable and service was great and friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

Great friendly staff. Very friendly people which made our stay very pleasent. Terrible smell came out of the drain in the shower that made the room smelly all the time. We complained about it and it was supposed to be fixed but the problem continued during our 5 days stay

Lovely hotel, lovely room, really great service. Just quite noisy on the Friday night as there’s a bar downstairs

Hotel was great, staff were incredible and location was spot on. Sofia at the front desk, her team & Francesca in the bar were exceptional. Cannot fault them. Anything you need or want, they will find a way to help you out.

The staff are really nice and helpful. They genuinely care about giving you a good experience. I did not get the VIP upgrade or the snacks that were meant to be provided in addition to the one cocktail at the bar. I would expect more from Expedia for their Gold Members than this, especially as I only book my hotels, flights and packages through them.

Staff was amazing Sophia was a gem she shared so much knowledge about traveling and gave us excellent recommendations for the rest of our trip. Rooms were fantastic and I had a great time at the bar Friday night!!!

I stayed at this place with my mom for our first time in Italy and it exceeded expectations. I will stay again. The staff was great, breakfast was great, location was awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful

An absolutely stunning boutique hotel with outstanding customer service ! The warmest of welcomes when checking in and throughout our stay. Sophia in particular is an outstanding Guest Relations manager. The room was perfect and just as stunning as advertised on the website (Deluxe Dbl). The location is amazing, 20 min walk to the colosseum, 10 mins to the Pantheon and Piazza Navonna and less than 10 mins to Trastervere. Cannot recommend this place enough, I will be back!

Perfect place to stay close to everything, very glamorous style of the hotel and restaurant, cleanliness and super friendly staff! Special mention to Sofia and Lorenzo, the room upgrade was highly appreciated! Second time a the Campocori restaurant: so tasteful and super high quality of service staff! A magical experience! We highly recommend both place! Grazie mille

Loved every moment of our stay.

We found the staff very welcoming and the hotel was lovely. We did have daily issues getting the tv to work but there was always help to fix the problem.
