Great location, super nice staff and very helpful on recommendations, excellent breakfast. Nice clean rooms with comfy bed.

The sheets and towels were not clean

They played Sting "every move you make " non stop and I could hear the beat in my bedroom all night . No need

Good location close to attractions, shopping and pubs/restaurants. Modern hotel with facilities you would expect of a Holiday inn express. Good breakfast options. Lively pub or more sedate bar so suits most people. Discounted parking in multi storey carpark about 1 minutes walk away.

Room was cramped with a dirty shower floor. Staff was unable to help with simple tasks like parking availability in the area.

Lovely welcome, helpful staff. Plenty of breakfast choices. Only tiny issue was our tea mugs weren't cleaned or swapped during our stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and the entire stay feel smooth and enjoyable. The room itself was nicely decorated, very clean, and comfortable — everything you’d hope for in a city hotel. The location is also a big plus — very central and convenient for exploring the city, with most attractions and amenities within easy walking distance. The only downside was that my room looked into an internal courtyard where construction or maintenance work was being carried out. Unfortunately, this started quite early, around 8 am, which made for a less-than-peaceful start to the mornings. It would have been helpful to be made aware of this in advance or offered a different room if available. Despite that, I would still consider staying here again — ideally in a room facing away from the courtyard.

Bathroom was smelling bad and floor was dirty. Heating of the room was ok, furnitures are good condition. Breakfast was ok but could be better.

This is a very good hotel. The staff are very accommodating. The food at breakfast is a very high standard.

We were not told that noisy renovations would be happening all day. The instructions and information regarding the parkade were poor and our ticket wasn't validated resulting in us being overcharged for parking, with no means of being refunded.

Our room was dirty. The parking was terrible - the breakfast wasn’t that great, and there was a lot of construction and noise

Due to my wife’s illness we were not able to stay - emailed and telephoned to request a change of date with no response despite being promised a call back- very poor customer service

Hotel ok rooms basic breakfast ok You get what you paid for Great staff could not fault them Dont think i would stay again only as a last restort.

Oi was in 117, and 115 had a loud, noisy, singing yelling party unti i banged on tĥeir door at 3 am The unit is not that large cameras or a quick trip through the hotel could not cure this problem. Also their does not appear to have noise cancelling insulation in or near the door

Wee had a great stay although food for breakfast was slightly cold and a mix up about car park fee I had to pay £21 for car park
