The girl at reception could not do enough for me. She was adorable. The room was dark, small, had a stale smell but you get what you pay for.

Staff was super helpful in getting us oriented in the area and great communication. It was super hot but the fan and kindness made it all work!

Perfect small hotel in a wonderful location. I know there are some reviews stating people couldn't check in. We had no issues. We communicated once we landed in Spain our estimated ETA. Olats at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She gave us maps of the city, suggested sights to see, places to eat, and even gave us tips on transportation around Bermeo and to San Juan. Olats even went as far as giving us pointers and transportation help to our next destination. The rooms was comfortable and had a wonderful small balcony that we kept open at night for a nice breeze. The room was clean and even had toiletries we forgot. Would highly recommend staying here as the hotel is in a wonderful location and the staff as above and beyond helpful and sweet.

Great location in Bermeo. Can drop off & pick up luggage at hotel. Parking is come-as-catch-can, but we found a spot 5 blocks away. Fun to eat/drink both at the port promenade and by the plaza watching families.

El alojamiento cumplió con creces las expectativas, es acogedor y muy cómodo. Está muy bien ubicado cerca de zonas de interés. La anfitriona muy cercana y agradable

Todo fué genial ! La chica de la recepción super agradable y recomendadote sitios y demas. Es verdad que se escucha mucho los pasos, no deja de ser una casa vieja, pero 0 pegas para dormir y hacer mis cosas. Lo recomiendo si vais a pasar un par de dias y conocer un poco de Bizkaia

Se oye todo de fuera, necesita más aislamiento acústico. Se escucha a la gente, cuando hablan, respiran y las gaviotas. Todo lo que haga el de al lado también se escucha. Sin aire acondicionado y un ventilador que no enfriaba nada y si abríamos las ventanas se escuchaba aún más todo lo que pasaba en el pueblo. Está dentro del pueblo, no se puede acceder con coche y se escucha todo. Nos dejaron menos de medio rollo de papel para 2 personas. La ducha sucia y con una mampara que se caía con mirarla.

Todo muy bien. La persona de recepción es majísima. Te explica todo perfectamente. Un 10.

Olatz nos atendió de maravilla, muy amable y atenta. La habitación muy cómoda y limpia. Hostal familiar en el centro de Bermeo, muy recomendable.
