Federica is great!

This is great place and Federica is one of teh best and efficient communicator that makes you very comfortable in arriving and checking in her place. It is large three bedroom apartment with spacious rooms that are rented individually and common use of great kitchen area with all the needed utensils and gaudgets. We have not seen anyone from other rooms while staying and it was nice and quiet. Very clean, Train station is 5 min walk to do the 5-terre. The only thing that is tough is if you come by car as parking is really a problem, even to unload your luggage, as the entrance to the place is at narrow streets with parked cars on both sides so I had to stop and go few times around block to unload briefly or load in when checking out. If you are lucky there could be free spot while you are unloading or you can park briefly on two handicaped parkings at the begining of the street 100 m away from the entrance. There is a free parking in a street that is 10-15 ish minutes away by walking that Federica told us about and that worked nicely. Thank you Federica, you are great host..

Federica is such a wonderful lady, who is very polite and accommodating. The property is safe, clean, and quiet, plus you can walk to the train station in 3 minutes. Many dining options nearby. Highly recommended when stay in La Spezia!

Proximite de la gare et du centre ville proprete de la chambre et de la piece commune

Super oplevelse, god beliggenhed ved stationen. God aircondition og et lille køkken, man kunne benytte sig af. Værten Federica var meget behjælpelig og gav gode anbefalinger. Nøglerne var lidt besværlige og krævede tilvænning.

Perfect stay. The location of apartment is nearby the railway station. Rooms was clean and quite. As well very close to Pizzeria Masaniello - the greatest pizza in whole Italy !

Besonders toll fanden wir die Nähe zur Bahnstadion denn so ist man in 15 min im ersten der Cinque Terre. Außerdem war die Gastgeberin Federica toll ubd ihre Tipps sind Gold wert! Das Zimmer war groß allerdings etwas dunkel.
