From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, courteous, and highly professional. Every interaction—from front desk to housekeeping—was marked by genuine smiles and a willingness to help. The food at the in-house restaurant was simply outstanding. The breakfast buffet had a great variety—Indian, Continental, and healthy options. Eventhough it was short stay with them I will be looking forward to come back .

My wife and I stayed here fir inw night. It is a nice hotel, food is average, rooms are clean, location is very close to Infopark, but far from city and airport

I was shocked poor standard of the place compered to Sheraton four points in other countries..

Cooperative staff

Overall it was an amazing experience. Right from the time we entered to the time we left, the whole staff team ensured we are being taken care off at the best. Service was outstanding be it at the front desk, at the diner or breakfast buffet. The pool and the view was breathtaking and this was nothing short of a fantastic overall experience.

It was really awful this hotel.. I thought it was a 5 star but turned out to be a 0. Expected much more from this brand. I usually don’t complain but this was too much for me. Mold all over the shower, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed in the room and the hallways which should be somewhat clean were extremely dirty, as if it wasn’t vacuumed in months! Again I don’t like to make negative reviews but this one was hard not too..

Hi Team - It was such a great stay at FP Sheraton. My parents also stayed with me and surprised to see Mr Sunil MS, Loss Prevention Manager came with a B day cake for my Dad. Also he helped them to attend SPA as well when i went to office. People like Sunil are a great asset to any organizations. Also kudos to all the staff in the restaurant as well

Washroom doesn’t have overhead shower which is not great. Also the towels were very old and stained. Hotel of this level needs to improve

14th floor had some party ..but the sound could be heard all over the hotel. Also they charge fee if u checkbin few hours early.

Nice hotel, but you expect better from Marriott
