Unfriendly personal. Reception guy is kind of agressive. Was asked aggressively to pay one night before checkout. Sink was stinking so the whole room smelled bad

Really excellent Saturday lunch in their lovely 1st floor, large, sunny restaurant, overlooking the waterfall. The food was delicious! And plentiful. We had no room for puddings but loved our starters (me; local mushrooms & him, super fresh sashimi teriyaki salmon…which was the size of a main) and main courses (beef skirt him & hake with coconut for me) plus a plate of excellent grilled veg. The Argentinian waiter was charming. We will definitely return. Had a great river walk with the puppy afterwards. The whole valley is gorgeous.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was a good size and bed comfortable if rather over hot. Nice bathroom with a good range of toiletries. Food in the restaurant was extremely good with a multi course meal included in the half board and a wide choice at breakfast. The staff were generally friendly and helpful despite lack of much common language. The exception was one member who frustrated while I was trying to decipher the desert menu snatched it away and walked off.

Excellent in every way. We turned up soaking wet on motorbikes, the reception was great. Very nice rooms with great views. The food was very good too.

Stayed here last year, hotel is not more than a 2*, room ok nothing special wasnt left towels so take your own, restaurant pretty naf not a lot of choice and the main waitress is very rude, spa looked like a bubble bath too many products and when they day spa its a small pool and a suana . The only good thing about the hotel was the front receptionist and his dog who were friendly.
