Clean rooms, staff were extremely helpful and polite

Room was spotless!

Well maintained facilities. Pub next door was great for dinner. Check in was a bit long winded, was asked for a “check in” number that started with a “2”, showed by Expedia app and booking details but was asked to get ID to release the key.

Room was in excellent condition as usual, this was our second stay this year.

Staff members friendly. Room very clean. Good parking near accommodation. A good choice of breakfast & evening meals.

Good ‘Premier Inn’ style room, quiet, nice comfortable bed, bathroom small and generally needs a bit of updating.

Ideally located for a break in a long journey South/North on the M6. Helpful staff. Spacious and clean accommodation. Meals and brskgast available in the pub.

Check-in was convoluted with unnecessary questions. Room was nice and clean but bathroom, although functional, was tired and ready for refurbishment. Food and drink in the bar was good.

Bed was comfy and the room wasn’t too hot or cold. The WiFi however was pretty terrible coverage and reliability wise.

As good as any Premier Inn

no lift, had to go to pub reception for extra tea bags and milk which was in different building

Please would you not consider 2 chairs instead on one, in the room, ok for a business person but where do I sit.
