Average facilities for the price charged. The non smoking room was reeking of smoke because the previous occupant had used the remote control caddy as an ash-tray!!. Not offered a change of room as none available. Requested an iron on 2 occasions and none turned up even after the front desk said it was on the way. The surrounding areas are also not particularly clean. I will certainly not recommend this property.

Very bad experience my shower door was not working tv was not working i ordered ice cream but they never bring to me they let us change the room also I don’t recommend anyone to sty here

Aircon turns off several times at night, have to manually turn on Faulty safety lock during check in Drawers not closing completely Washroom smelly Bed bug

We checked in last night around 10:30. The boy in the check in didn't have a clue what he was doing. After walking in to the back office every 2 mins to clear his doubt, finally after 25 mins he gave us the room key. Should have professionals to do the job.

its a nice budget hotel but the staff at the reception have a communication and language problem. Also not maintained too well though breakfast was nice. its a new property but need to maintain it

The photos are pretty accurate. The food was decent. But the room atmosphere is great.
