The room amenities were lacking. The desk area had poor lighting, and the shower flooded the bathroom floor. A microwave was not available in the room, forcing guests to use communal ones. However, the bed and housekeeping were good. While suitable for an overnight stay in Armidale, I wouldn’t recommend it for multiple nights, especially for university intensive courses.

Just a bit noisy but otherwise very good value for money

Chose this property mainly as it was advertised as having a spa and sauna and wanted this option as we we on motorcycles all week and thought it would be great. On arrival was told spa not working and could not see any sauna facilities. Knowing this, would have gone somewhere closer to town and paid less

The smell of the drains in the bathroom was overwhelming and disgusting. If the bathroom door was left ajar, it filled the room. The shower was full of mould, so much so we did not use it. The bathroom sink plug did not hold water. The jug barely fit into the bathroom sink and could hardly be filled. The teacups held literally 1/2 cup water. The walls did not keep out the noise and talk from the people beside us. All in all, between the neighbouring room and the awful smell, we didn't sleep much. Lucky we were only staying one night. WE WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

A very comfortable hotel for our stopover in Armidale. Large room, great bed and included basic toast and cereal breakfast. Great value and very pleasant staff.

Excellent accommodation. Only problem reading lights on bed not working. Otherwise could not be happier.

I found it odd that the toilet/ shower area did not have an exhaust fan. Overall, I think the Motel was very good value for money and would recommend it.

My room was large and on the ground floor with a walk in shower as requested. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The continental breakfast was a good start to the day, before another long day of driving.

Cheap and cheerful. Hot food options at breakfast would have been nice, no complaints though. Comfortable bed.

Nicely renovated and spacious room (unit 29) On second floor - no lift. The lady at reception helped us take our luggage up the stairs. Free breakfast involved juice, tea, coffee, cereal and toast. Serve yourself in their restaurant space. Concept worked well.

Being an older style property, our twin bed room was a generous size. In good condition though. With Breakfast included we thought it was very good value for money.
