A small but lovely hot spring onsite. Price was very reasonable. Free breakfast was nice. Organic vegetables was a nice touch. Room was serviceable but similar to a business hotel in size. One nice touch was tge large table and bench. Nice for foreigners that there were English instructions throughout hotel. Air conditioning, and toilet had English. Iida is a lovely city, I particularly like the apple Street. It must be lovely in apple season. And senjojiki cirque is only 25 mins drive away. Would definitely recommend.

Renovated hotel, very nice, good value

Easy walk to my destination and to a grocery store. Quiet, nice shower, nice desk in the room, friendly staff though not necessarily English-speaking. Wished it had a rack to put my suitcase on, and after the first night I made sure to pick up a more comfortable pillow. Breakfast room was very small for the number of guests. Reasonably priced, and I will stay here again.

Perhaps be more flexible on check in time. It was drizzling n cold. We arrived at 14.10 but were not able to chk in as the staff said the room was not ready. Otherwise everything was perfect n highly recommend

New and free parking for self driving tour. Breakfast included is excellent, price of the room is very reasonable. The location is quite remote and it situates in the middle of some local residential and the roads are quite small to drive especially during dark.

部屋は綺麗に掃除されている。チェックアウトの手続がないので、チェックアウトの混み合う時間を気にしなくてよい。 山に囲まれて景色がよい。朝食は種類豊富。大浴場の利用時間が長くてよい。

デスク、ベンチシートの使いやすさ

喫煙ルームしか無かったのですがタバコを吸わないわたしはとてもきつかった。空気清浄機を動かすとくしゃみが、止まらず、散々でした。 全館禁煙のホテルが多くなっているのに、ここは出来ないのですかね。

チェックイン時のフロントの説明が早口でまったく聞き取れない。部屋が狭すぎる。朝食に生卵さえない。ソーセージは極小です。その割には料金が高くてビックリ‼️ あと二千円アップしても良いから改善して欲しい。

いつでも入浴できる大浴場が１Fにあるのが良かった。また、客室の大きな机（テーブル）の使い勝手が良く気に入った。

新しいのでいろんな面で評価が高くなると思います。 無駄をなくしたところが返って気になります。
