Room and space was in excellent condition. Host was extremely friendly, responsive and accommodating. Will highly recommend to friends and will consider returning next time we are in Split!

Fantastic service from the host for the process from checking in to checking out. Had a late flight, so allowed me check out late. Easy to communicate and answers all queries quickly. Very good with the local recommendations. Property was clean and tidy and everything that is needed a mini break. Location is very close to all the main attractions and are all within a walkable range. Definitely recommend 👍👍👍👍👍

This propriety is a gem! Valeria is the most wonderful hostess in whole world. She is unique. Helping you on all the ways you could imagine. Location: near the old town/ port with a lot of bakeries, restaurants and markets around. It was quiet and comfortable to sleep. Bathroom: probably is was recently renovated. Really clean with a wonderful shower area. Aircon very good, amenities: amazing Well. What more can I say? Trust me. This was the best treatment I received in my entire life over 50 stays around the world.

Valeria was an excellent host; she met us at the apartment which was in a great location. Everything was perfect. Clean, modern and just great for our 2 night stay in Split.

Our stay at Studio IRIS was incredible. Valeria, the hostess, was very nice, flexibel and professional. The apartment was so clean and stylish and all necessities were provided. Valeria is a kind and polite person, she gave us information about Split and suggested us different place to eat and buy. We are very happy about the room, it is placed in the very center of Split, near to restourant, market and pub. We really enjoyed to stay there!!!

Great place for spending a few nights in Split. Close to old town, ferries and a 24/7 open bakery :) Clean, newly renovated rooms, good facilities and a very welcoming host.
