The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful helping me to book trains for side trips. They offered numerous suggestions which were all wonderful.

The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. This room is suitable for people who require mobility support. The bathroom is large and equipped with special hand-bars in the shower. The receptionists are very friendly and efficient. The hotel is in an excellent location and most attractions are within walking distance.

Location and friendly staff! Those are my highlights. The location is unbeatable, right off Gran Via near shopping and a short walk to all the tourist stuff. But the people that work here are the best!! Also, as a work traveler, I love that they have a washer and dryer. It helps so much. My only complaint is the tiny gym. Otherwise, this will continue to be my go-to work hotel Madrid.

Great location on Gran Via and walking distance to thousands of shops, restaurants, bars, attractions, etc... We were allowed an early check in, staff was wonderful and the place was even better than the pictures.

Near all amenities that anyone can think of. I didn’t like the hotel, especially what i paid for was a lot more than what this property is worth.

Location was perfect for easy walking to all the sights, shopping and dining. Disappointed that the rooftop bar and splash pool were closed for renovations. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.
