Great stay

Lovely staff, particularly Sylvia. Everyone was so helpful and attended to our every need.

Very nice staff and assistance. Good location for getting dropped off by water taxi directly from train station with heavy luggage. Very fast elevator was much appreciated.

Hotel is located in a very quiet area of Venice. Just a 10 minute walk to Doge Palace and restaurants. We loved it. Very safe area. Staff was excellent and room was clean and modern.

Had the loveliest stay at the Salute Palace Venezia. Would highly recommend to anyone. Staff and service was fabulous! Grazie Mille.

What an amazing location. Beautiful hotel. Breakfast choices were excellent. Gorgeous bathroom, but main room was a little small for the price.

Bright and spacious room, especially by Venetian standards. All staff were welcoming and friendly. Continental breakfast was more than ample and included a nice selection of Italian meats and cheeses. Location is convenient and away from the crowds. Perfect option for a break in Venice.

It is tucked away from busy areas but convenient to Salute and Accademia water bus stations. The Peggy Guggenheim Museum is a quick and easy walk. Breakfast was fantastic.

I had a pleasant stay. The environment was clean, quiet, and felt rather safe. Check-in was easy and welcoming, which set a positive tone. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day — the room was always clean, with the water bottle and coffee replenished daily. It's these little details that make a big difference. If you're arriving via Alilaguna, be aware that you’ll need to transfer to the Actv line for a few more stops to Salute; otherwise, it’s quite a long walk. However, once you're there, the location feels serene and charming. For breakfast, I recommend the 60/40 spot nearby. There are other good food options, but they require a bit of walking — though, in Venice, that’s part of the charm. One of my favourite moments was enjoying the morning breeze and watching the sunrise at Salute, with a stunning view overlooking St. Mark’s. Overall, I recommend this hotel for those seeking a peaceful stay with thoughtful amenities in a beautiful, scenic part of Venice.

Great room with 2 queens beds and 2 separate bathrooms made for a perfect family stay. Staff and building are excellent and a perfect location for visit to Venice

They charged us extra for city tax for children after we yd them hardly refunded some of it Hard on late check out Front desk not friendly

My experience was not so good. I asked for a family room. The room was very clean but there was a machine that turned on and off day and nigh making always noise, the drapes were black out but with so much space that the night lights entered during night time and the day light woke you up. Two green lights from the machine were always on and couldn’t be put on off.

Amazing location in a quiet area near San Marcos square, the main square in Venice. Took the vaporetto everywhere and walk !

Location was near water bus stop and directions provided were very easy to follow. Its away from crowds but very easy to gondola across the Grand Canal to St. Marks. Very modern, be sure to ask for canal view!

We where given the incorrect room. Very small and terrible view to brick wall. The room was advertised at 220.00 per night, we paid 425.00.
