Super cute hotel with nice lobby and front desk staff. Nice room and loved all of the monogrammed P's. The only downside was we stayed on the first floor the ceiling was paper thin. You can hear steps so loudly and someone was like pacing back and forth at 3am.

The door and ceiling is not sound proofing at all. Wake up early in the morning. Other is good

I always have a nice stay at this property. Finishes and amenities are nice and the location is well situated. Staff seems to have been upgraded more experienced professionals making for a very pleasant experience.

Great location, room, staff, everything. Will definitely book this hotel again when we visit Los Angeles.

I have stayed there several times. It is always perfect, clean, friendly. They have a wonderful early breakfast and a fabulous staff. Who could ask for more.

Good overall

the property location was perfect and clean and quiet room. it has not elevator that didn't bother us, since we had light back packs. the breakfast was same small coffee shop with some cake and crucian and coffee and it was not look like the hotel breakfast. i do not like this part of our trip%100.

Fantastic stay. Clean. Breakfast in the morning was incredibly convenient and saved a lot of time for us. The coffee machine they have is top. One of the best lattes!

It was a lovely experience!

Charged $45 for Valet and they parked across the street from front door. We could have done that and saved $45.

Nice boutique hotel. Love the breakfast pastries! Close to UCLA and walking distance to good restaurants.

Very nice! Loved the shower and breakfast! The valet staff were so helpful even though we didn’t need their services, they saved us money by being knowledgeable about the area and parking (special thanks to Oscar!)
