Very peaceful place for stay and all locall amenities are n walk distances

I booked this hotel while travelling. Easy check-in. The front desk person was very nice and freindly gesture. Room was clean, washroom was ok. Overall good location with all facilities very near including Ilford train station just 3 minutes walk. Over all with this price a very good service.

Really nice place to stay friendly and safe! Highly recommended and also soo many shops food places near by and very convenient to travel around!

This is good option to stay in London, close to the overground station and bus stops. The hotel is tiny but clean and safe. The staff was always attentive to make sure my stay was as pleasant as possible.

An excellent and thoughtful host who cares about his rooms and the experience guests have. He even offered to buy me anything from Ikea, that I might need as he was going on a trip there! A clean, tidy and comfortable stay and I would happily come back for this price point too.

The shower was not usable. The "rain head" had not been descaled in ages. Too much furniture in a small room ... would have suited a single bed. Small radiator swamped by the bed was cold despite extra blanket.

It is a small good hotel, very close to market, restaurants, London Metro. Friendly staff.

Beautiful stay at this hotel , staff are so friendly, the rooms are so clean and very comfortable, don’t hesitate to book just book ( the rooms look newly built aswell) and as for the shower the shower was 10/10 it comes out at such a beautiful pace you can adjust it so you don’t have to hold the shower either , I really enjoyed my stay here for such a reasonable price

Perfect spot close to food and shopping.

Way too over priced. Not worth the money but it was alright. Some flies and the room was too hot.

Hotel was ok, no frills - was clean and functional. Person on the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Check in / check out straightforward. Would use again.

I enjoyed it and I plan to be back. Marks on the sink were a bit off putting, could do with a mini renovation. Was impressed with the iron and hairdryer when requested. Manager is excellent and helpful. So much in walking distance. Easy to receive food deliveries by meeting at the door. Nice warm and hot water. Appreciate the kettle, mugs, glasses, microwave and the right amount of hangers in the wardrobe. Housekeeping is every other day. Think this needs to be updated online but that was okay for us and you can always request if you need something in between such as fresh towels. Appreciate the net curtains to keep the light coming in and maintain privacy at the same time. An important thing that we look for when booking.

Staff was awesome. He really went out his way to makesure it was a smooth stay for me.

Postives: Manager is very nice and very helpful. Three slots for parking at the front so first come first serve. There are parking spaces in surrounding roads free from 18:30 to 08:30. Hotel in Ilford Town Centre and easy access to train stations and shops. Negatives: Initially stayed in a room and was not happy due to pungent smell from the bathroom, and was not clean. In addition there the shower heads were broken. Informed the manager regarding this and rectified the issue by moving us to another room which was better. We still had a problem where hot water seems to stop working at night so there have been nights were we could not shower at night. Room curtains were very dusty, personally never had a problem before but I was constantly sneezing and congested therefore had to take antihistamines to overcome the issue.

Was lovely stay. Room was clean and tidy. My only quarm is that the hotel is on a busy one way street so there’s a bit of noise. Also, as my stay was in the summer - it was extremely hot. However, did get a fan when I asked for one.

The host was excellent friendly always there to help. Knowledge of area regarding where to eat out etc. Couldnt ask for better
