Our stay in a suite at Griya Santrian was nothing short of exceptional—a truly refined and memorable family getaway. From the moment we arrived, the level of hospitality was outstanding. The swimming pool area stood out as a tranquil oasis—quiet, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing while enjoying quality time with family. Breakfast was a delightful culinary experience. The selection was well-curated, offering a variety of high-quality dishes that were both fresh and flavorful. It was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our stay. The beachfront location truly elevates the experience. Having direct access to the beach allowed us to fully appreciate the natural beauty of Sanur. As someone who enjoys photography, I especially loved capturing the sunrise—the views were absolutely breathtaking and made each morning unforgettable. Overall, our family thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The combination of attentive service, elegant accommodations, and a peaceful setting makes this hotel stand out. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a sophisticated and relaxing retreat in Bali.

A year ago, I stayed at Puri Santrian and was so impressed by the beautifully maintained tropical gardens and pool, and the sunrise over the calm waters of Sanur, that I decided to stay at the Griya Santrian, part of the same hotel chain, for three nights this time as well. The hotel's main street faces Sanur's main street, with numerous restaurants and souvenir shops, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the huge Icon Bali shopping mall. The location is absolutely fantastic.

The hotel is very comfortable. The hotel staff said earlier that this room was upgraded, and they gave it a new building. The room is spacious and clean. Our whole family is happy to be able to vacation here 😃, thank you. Good night.

They gave me wrong room type (down graded) until night (around 7pm- which is almost half day were in the weong room type), and then ask me to move to the correct room type (finally-after that). They should do check in process properly (detail matters), I do not accept “it was a busy time check in” reason, they should be ready for that.

We had five nights at Griya Santrian in late October 2024, and we really enjoyed it. We had a deluxe room near the Tropical (Middle) Pool, but we also looked at standard rooms and they were fine too. Breakfast in the beachside terrace room was very good, with excellent staff and service. The main beachfront pool was an excellent social focus, and we met lots of people from around the world. There were a lot of Western Europeans staying there. The location is excellent, almost exactly in the 'middle' of Sanur, half way along the 7 km boardwalk. We could stroll from the resort to literally dozens of warungs and restaurants every evening for dinner. Supermarkets were close too, as was the new Icon Bali Mall. The beach in front of the hotel was nice, although Sanur Beach as a whole isn't great for swimming. We swam mostly in the three hotel pools. Wi-Fi was good, although it could be slow in the late afternoon. TV reception was below par, with a fuzzy weak signal, and it needs upgrading to modern standards. Overall, we loved staying at the Griya Santrian and would readily stay there again. Recommended for seniors, couples, and families with kids, although there is no kids pool or kids club.

Pegawainya tidak ramah. Pelayanan buat bule dan domestik beda banget! Pelayanannya seakan turis domestik gak ada duit dan gak bisa bayar. Request untuk connecting door tidak terpenuhi. Menu breakfast gak ganti ganti. Sayang banget padahal hotelnya bagus dan kamarnya bersih.

Selalu menyenangkan menginap di Griya Santrian. Staff sangat peka dan ramah bila kami butuh bantuan. Fasilitas lengkap dan betah stay at hotel dan sekitarnya, apalagi kondisi Bali macet dan penuh dimana-mana, stay di hotel jauh menyenangkan dan keliling sekitarnya.

The hotel is not clean, the staff is not friendly. Never felt this uncomfortable staying at a hotel in Bali. Service needs to be improved.

The hotel environment is clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious. Food is also good. Unfortunately due to the pandemic some facilities are not available.

Satisfying.! The hotel is strict with covid prevention protocol, amazing view, excellent service…highly recommended for family staycation in Sanur.

Room is old. very clean and no complaint of facilities. The room your expectation is more modern and nicer. they put us at double room all and not a very convenience. have promised to move into twin room the next day, it wasn’t happened.

Hotel location is good but their services need to be corrected properly. I got a trouble when take my breakfast, while I am eating their waitress suddenly said that I am not in their list for breakfast, while I show them my htl voucher from app, she said that their front office staff made a mistake. After breakfast then I met FO staff and she apolozied because of their colleagues not give me b'fast coupon, embarrassing for 4 star htl!

Great location and kind people clean environment

A well rounded resort, you can see remnants of how this is an older resort but they keep their services and facilities updated. Warm service and tasty food.
