The place is comfortable on the roadside, The location is close to the beach. The food is not very varied and the taste is also quite ordinary. Please improve the taste and variety of food.

It's about 15 minutes car ride from the ferry terminal. Hotel is facing the sea and has a few swimming pools, big well kept garden with in-house facilities for games like ping pong, children play area, gym, etc. The villa we stayed in has old furniture, bed creaking, door hinges enclosing the fridge broken. The Aircon is great. The 15 minutes "free" photo shoots were done by amateurs, wasting our time. They printed one image for free but the rest costs Rp100k each. Hope the hotel will rectify those complaints. Overall we did enjoy the 3 days here.

A pleasant experience. There are many interesting spots in this hotel. All of them were enjoyable. But unfortunately, we should have been informed about the mineral water refills. We were allowed refills if we were staying that day, but if not, we wouldn't be given mineral water. It would have been better if we hadn't been given two bottles of mineral water.

We were only in transit because we arrived too late in Lombok and wanted to continue our journey to Gili Trawangan. The hotel was pleasant enough, but it was overcrowded.

The food was delicious my daughter even take foto with them life music player that’s was amazing evening 🥰

Holidays at this hotel are never boring.. This is the umpteenth time we have stayed here... because everything makes the children and family happy... Holiday Resort is the hotel of choice for a fun vacation spot for our family... We will definitely stay here again in the future....👍

the room bit old but the ambience, beach, location, the activity and the facility was the best. staff very helpfull and welcome

The hotel price is quite affordable compared to the facilities which are really awesome hehe. Cool! :)

(+) The hotel area has a very nice view, breakfast has many variations (-) The room is not soundproof because there is a door between the two rooms and towels were forgotten to be provided

Overall it was good experience however management should renovate the furniture and fittings in rooms. They are too old

Amazing hotel, unfortunately we didnt know the family villa located across the road, but lesson learned. The staff did their best but I dont think this villa is ready for full capacity. We had best 2 days till the breakfast saga where there was no table left and no food nor cutlery…. Lots of things can be done such as time for breakfast management.

Holiday Resort Lombok exceeded our expectations! Such a great stay, the staff were amazing, the food was great, and everything felt so relaxing. Will definitely come back

The hotel is beautiful, the room is okay, but there are animals like cockroaches and other insects. And the first day there should be an extra bed but it wasn't there, even though I called room service, it didn't come, but in the morning there was a complaint near the reception and then there was an extra bed. But overall it's okay and the view is very beautiful.

The hotel area is very spacious and very natural so it is suitable for those who like nature.. and the photo spots are also good. The swimming pool is also spacious. The rooms are spacious and have balconies. Overall, the food is delicious, hotel standards... the price is also still okay. The staff are friendly. The hotel is right in front of the beach so you can access it directly. The location is a bit far, about 1 hour from the airport.. only suitable for those looking for peace...

I took too much cheese slice, intending to eat it later. Because I like to eat cheese without mixing it with anything. The male waiter asked me to return the cheese. Sorry, I didn't know that cheese can't be brought into the room 😅🙏🏻
