I always stay here. It's cheap. Breakfast is good. Close to the kea farm. Enjoyable walking.

This hotel is definitely a choice if I go to Cameron Highlands, everything is good..hope the price and quality are maintained..

The room cleanliness and the ambiance was really good. However, we experienced a sink clogged issue during shower where we couldn't bath properly. We didn't complain since we just stayed 1 night but it's advisable to check the room facility prior handover to customer. And also we heard another customer was complaining to the Hotel Manager that there's no water in their room and given water bottles to bath which is totally unacceptable. Lastly, breakfast really sucks which really need to be improved.

Location Ok with many eating places around, but heavy traffic jam to hotel on Sat afternoon. Booked a 3 rooms apartment, overall the rooms need maintenance, can see paint peeling off from ceilings. Basic stuff Ok with hot water working in bathrooms. No microwave but has a fridge. Asked for extra blankets and the staff kindly provided. Has enough parking lots below our apartment for our car.

Unfortunately, the stay fell below expectations due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. The shower head was not adjustable, and there were visible strands of hair in the bathroom and on the hair dryer. The balcony and carpet were also not clean. Additionally, no bath or face towels were provided upon check-in. Although reception mentioned that housekeeping would send them, they took so long to send. Overall, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom needs considerable improvement. I hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences.

Strategic location..close to restaurants..

All is good except for highest floor level 13, room's plaster ceiling is flaking/chipping especially on top of our bed. As for food, for my booking its stated breakfast for 2, but its only for set, if want buffet breakfast, we need to top up rm7/head. This practice is not transparent enough.
