The staffs at the lobby were friendly, it was a pleasant experience checking in and out. The surroundings have plenty of eateries, so the location is a plus. Most importantly it's walkable distance to KSL mall. The room itself is abit dated, maybe I didn't chose the renovated rooms that's why... but overall the stay was decent.

Housekeeping did not clean the room properly. Room 1409 Not mopping the bedroom floor properly. Didn't wipe the table properly. Bedroom so dusty. breakfast less variety. hotel lobby need more extra sofa for guest to sit. but so far i enjoy stayed here.

Location is convenient but parking is abit narrow. Rooms is newly renovated and is clean. Overall is a great hotel.

Polite and friendly hotel staff. Good facility. Surroundings has KSL mall and night food court. My friend had a nice haircut in the saloon of hotel. Room stay is good. Very thoughtful hotel staff as they helped to change the correct beds for us and with connecting rooms, I booked 2 rooms. We plan to book this hotel next time we are in JB for shopping trip staycation

The staff is polite and friendly, helpful when we request a late check-out. Good facility and spacious room. The hotel helped me to get a connecting room for my 2nd room booking, very thoughtful of them. My friend has a nice haircut at the hotel saloon.

Everything seems good here. It is a proper hotel with good facilities. It is a stone's throw away to KSL mall and it is connected to some shophouses.

The hotel is comfortable, the staff is not very friendly but efficient. The location is not in the city center, quite close to the KSL mall, but far from tourist attractions. It is also difficult to find a HALAL place to eat around the hotel.

Strategic and affordable hotel in the center of Johor Bahru City, in front of the hotel there is a bus stop that makes it easy to get anywhere. Behind the hotel, approximately 500M away, there is the KSL mall which is one of the largest malls in JB. The view around the city from the hotel is very beautiful. Highly recommended.

Okay and acceptable conditions on the 2nd room. Rejected the first one located at the corner with blinking light and moving curtains 😨 # 14-14.

The front desk service OK OK only can be improved. Breakfast nothing to shout about. Room is comfortable but suddenly no power in the mid night. Probably technical issue. My expectations is higher about your hotel but not meeting my expectations.
