Strategic location, close to food outlets and shopping centers. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel staff was friendly when we asked about the sink not working properly and were very helpful.

The location is great, easy to find food, and access to public transportation is also good. The rooms are so-so, but clean.

The welcome meal & drink is delicious, you get 2 cups of coffee & 2 breads, free to choose variants, easy access to everywhere, near Sungai Wang shopping & Plaza Low Yat, to Pavilion only 3 minutes walk to Jalan Alor, just cross the road.

Overall, it's good because I often stay at Capitol Hotel. The price is getting more and more expensive, with amenities like no Wi-Fi, toothpaste, or breakfast available. For the price we paid, we should have had complete toiletries (brushes and toothpaste weren't provided) and Wi-Fi or breakfast.

So far oke, because closer to shopping center area.👍

I absolutely love staying at Hotel Capitol Bukit Bintang every time I'm in Kuala Lumpur. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly and courteous, making me feel very appreciated. The environment is clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent—close to shopping centers and public transportation. This hotel is truly the best choice for my trip!

This hotel boasts an excellent prime location—just a walking distance to multiple malls and surrounded by highly recommended food spots in Kuala Lumpur. From breakfast to supper, the dining options nearby are so good that I never bothered with the hotel breakfast during my stay! The service was exceptionally friendly, and taxi pick-up access was very convenient. Most importantly, the price is surprisingly budget-friendly for the Bukit Bintang area. Highly recommended for both business travelers and tourists looking for great value in a prime spot!

Personally, my experience with Hotel Capitol has always been good. Highly recommended as it’s close to Low Yat, Pavilion, and strategically located in the Bukit Bintang area

I had a pleasant stay at Capitol Hotel Bukit Bintang, KL. The location is unbeatable—just steps from famous spots like Restoran Chee Meng, Alor Street, and the vibrant city buzz. The room and bathroom were impressively clean and spacious, offering a comfortable retreat after a full day exploring. While the bed wasn’t the softest and the TV wasn’t a smart one, neither impacted our stay—we spent most of our time out discovering Malaysia’s incredible cityscape. Great value and convenience!
