Excellent service. They changed the breakfast time to Suhoor (morning meal), which was great. The location is in the city center, and the rooms are clean and spacious.

Best hotel ever, The Marriott really kept their hotel well. Location is great. Room was huge, breakfast is wonderful.

I had a pleasant stay at JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur. The food was good, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I was happy to receive a complimentary room upgrade during check-in. There was a small miscommunication regarding the breakfast inclusion, as my voucher stated it was included but it did not appear in the hotel system. However, the team handled it well and provided complimentary breakfast, which I appreciated. The only downside was the elevator waiting time, especially since my room was on a high floor. It often seemed like only one or two lifts were operating. Overall, I would consider staying here again, though next time I would request a lower floor for convenience.

I had a pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I also ordered room service, and the food was really good. The hotel is located in Bukit Bintang, right in front of Pavilion and within walking distance to Alor and TRX.

Hotel and Breakfast were Perfect. Got some check in issues but quickly resolve and compensate by Hotel Manager.

Very strategic location, close to everything, shopping and culinary options are nearby. Comfortable hotel, spacious rooms with complete facilities, and excellent service. Recommended to stay here again.

I've stayed at the Marriott several times, and the service is always good, but the front of the hotel is always very busy.

Breakfast options were not good and the lift system is very slow despite having 6 lifts. Did not recognize Marriott Bonvoy membership benefits when booking via 3rd party platforms despite having Platinum Elite membership.
