It was a pleasant stay for me i love the room colour and lighting the one sofa chair near the window, the work desk, clean bed and bathroom. Also love the bathroom amenities that is complete and other room equipment. The room is spacious and comfey so close with 1st avenue mall and komtar and the top penang quite strategic for a business tourist like who mix work and leisure

The location and room of the hotel is good but i can't order the food from outside (grab) because its prohibited for the driver to wait in front of the hotel lobby and there is no deposit of the food at security post.

The hotel is great and the room is comfortable. However, even though the location is also good, the surrounding area is a bit dry and hot to walk around-no shades of trees.

check-in & check-out process is fast and even yesterday we checked in at 12 o'clock we were able to enter the room straight away. strategic location, next to the mall behind the bus stop, and if you want to eat it is also easy. Will stay here again if on holiday to Penang.

Loved everything about this hotel, was convenient to get to places and explore Penang 's street food. The room was clean and comfy. Bedroom slippers were cute. We could use the TV 's apps to cast YouTube shows. One thing I didn't like was the bathroom ventilation, the space doesn't fully dry so it constantly felt damp in the bathroom.

The location is very strategic, close to malls and restaurants. You can walk anywhere. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are very friendly. If I go to Penang, I will definitely stay at the JEN hotel again. ❤.

Whenever we come to Penang, we always choose this hotel. Room is very clean and comfortable. All the staff are very friendly. The location is also very strategic. It is easy to find food nearby and close to GAMA supermarket. Will be back again.
