The service wasn't that good. Yes it was the eve of new year and quite pack. but you could have handled the situation better. And The apps room should really specify which design is which

the room maid can't speak english, Conrad has billed for S$100 room deposit with my Citibank credit card. Actually when I checked out the receptionist has cancelled the transaction and she gave me the receipt Now citibank bill me for that amount.

My commissioners and check-office always stay at the conrad center every trip to Singapore, because in addition to its location in the middle of the city, the hotel's facilities and comfort are very satisfying.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the food was varied and tasty breakfast, location near a shopping center, hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. Next if we go to singapore again I would stay to Conrad again

Over all nice and quite satisfying. Condition of the hotel is quite old, need renovation, especially in the room in order to give the impression of a 5 star luxury hotel.
