Enjoyed staying at the Grand Hyatt Singapore Hotel

We are very disappointed of your service and the room is not ready on time because we have to wait at least 2 hrs for check-in and staff help us check-in quite late and even though they can’t help me to carry our luggage they said to wait for 20 mins. We helped ourselves. We are unhappy with this so much :))

Perfect and strategy location.

I like the food but the room price is already expensive, it turns out that it doesn't include breakfast which is very disappointing.

The best service, of all the hotels in Singapore that I've stayed in, just why if you go through the website, there is no choice of rooms in the new building at the back, you can get a deluxe room in the old building, that's the only drawback.

Grand Hyatt staff Jeffery was very friendly, very accommodating, gave a complimentary cake and other perks to make our birthday celebration better this year. Breakfast spread was quite a variety, delicious and filling.

Wonderful room, lovely breakfast, and the club benefits were really fun. Wide variety of food and drinks.

Great stay in this hotel, near from shopping center

We stayed at deluxe room for 5 days. This hotel was awesome. The rooms are spacious & very comfortable with great location within walking distance to the shopping center. Super Love!❤️

Room size, bed size and pool size are very decent for a Singapore standard. Definitely a happy stay for our family with young kids. Hotel location is amazing, right at the center of Orchard Rd, close to everyone, can go to surrounding buildings from underpass with full AC.
