Our first experience of bathing the elephant and swimming with elephant, my kids love this activity. Excellent services from all the staff. Thank you for making our stay at Mason unforgettable.

I and my family took a vacation with two children, it was fun for the children. Being able to play with elephants is sure to be their happiness, the hotel is in the midst of a calm but not scary atmosphere, the only drawback is that the food is quite expensive with ordinary taste, so far it's okay for a holiday.

We love it! Took my husband for his 40th birthday and didn’t expect much but turned out it was the best trip! Our room was excellent-we’ll maintained and the Elephant were super healthy and well taken care of! We enjoyed our stay with a romantic night safari with dinner it was fabulous!! Thank you 💛

The hotel is very comfortable, clean, far from the crowds so it is very quiet to stay there, it's fun, the service is also good and satisfying. Thanks elephant safari park bali.

the location is very far away, transportation is minimal. Too bad!

Clean comfortable hotel, good forest arrangement, likes to pick up elephants at dinner time, unforgettable experiences, also like bathing elephants, love eating elephants, elephant ride ... especially for kids, love it ... Next time for holidays want to go there again.

We had a fantastic experience during our stay. Customer service was phenomenal (park and room walkthrough was thorough). We definitely enjoyed the elephant ride and the relaxing a spa services. For the excellent service that we received and dish prices, we expected better quality food. Our only complaint is that the bed was too stiff for our liking and we could not sleep very well.
