the Hotel was nice, location was very strategic, near to the beach and lots of cafe around it.
but we were very disappointed with these below situation :
*when we check in the room was not clean, many dust and smell dusty, we think it because the room beside our room was under construction, but FO not inform us about it.
* we ask to change the room, then they show us the 2nd room, then we agree. then we have to wait for about 20 minutes to move to that room, but then suddenly the FO call, said that the 2nd room was not ready because some glasses or mirror was crack . what??
why they dont check it first before they show it to us?
*then they show us the 3rd room, but the room was smell. why they dont check it also?
finally we are not move to new room, we decide to stay in the 1st room, because we already tired to blame (capek Hati). we ask them to clean the room up again from dusty.
* when we want to go swimming in the pool, we ask the towel, but the officer said we have to give them white card, which we never receive it from FO. the guy ask us to get it from FO. (?😱) i think the officer should help us to get it from the FO right? we are the customer. and why FO dont give us the white card in the 1st place when we check in?
we inform all of those situation to the On Duty Manager, thank you for listening to us and give us some compliment.
we hope the management will take note and make improvement. Thank you.
