The wait for check-in was extremely long. Check-in was supposed to be at 2:00 PM, but we waited until 4:30 PM. Please improve the management, as Swiss Bell Hotel is a well-known hotel. Thank you.

We had a truly memorable stay at the Deluxe Villa. It's strategically located with easy access and a peaceful environment. The staff was very friendly and the check-in/out process was very efficient. The Wi-Fi was excellent, making for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel location was not in the city centre but close to the Mall and in the Palu bay. Check before your book the hotel, the hotel has rooms in the main building next to the beach and villas across the main building with mountain view

I'm quite satisfied with the room I booked... the view is perfect. The swimming pool is quite spacious, I personally felt comfortable with the bed, and I liked the variety of food, and the staff were friendly👍
