The worst villa I've ever booked. It was incredibly disappointing and not worth it. When booking, there was no clear information that the room/villa was on the top floor and had to be accessed via a very steep staircase with no elevator. I was traveling with a pregnant friend, making this situation extremely dangerous and making it impossible for us to climb stairs during our stay. If the information about the stairs had been clearly stated in the app from the start, we would have considered this before booking. This is crucial, not only for pregnant women, but also for guests with elderly people, small children, or those with mobility limitations. After seeing the room, the condition was also very disappointing and did not match the expectations from the photos. Many areas looked dirty and poorly maintained. The mattress and curtains looked dirty, some areas of the walls were damp/molded, and the building and facilities also appeared neglected. When we arrived, the bathtub was already filled with dirty water, making us question the cleanliness of the room before it was given to the next guest. I have filed a complaint and requested a refund, primarily due to the undisclosed stair access issue and my friend's pregnancy. However, there was no real solution to the problem. The villa only offered to clean the room. The problem wasn't just that the room needed cleaning. We were still unable to use the villa due to the stair access, and several conditions, such as damp/molded walls and neglected parts of the building, clearly needed repairs, not just cleaning. Most disappointingly, we also received no apology or proper compensation for the conditions we experienced. I'm writing this review so that potential guests are aware of the conditions we experienced before booking.

The staff often make annoying phone calls. And there are lots of mosquitoes.

AC tidak dingin, Shower buntu, exhaust Fan Toilet mati, telpon ke receptionis tidak ada yang angkat. Hotel kurang terawat.

Toiletnya bau dan battubnya kotor.

I'm not too satisfied, because in the picture there is a pool, but when I was selected I got a room that didn't get a pool, the villa said I was hit by a marketing trap, the villa should have been able to anticipate that many guests wouldn't be fooled by the marketing.

The villa is quite good, the location is strategic, there is no restaurant, I don't feel the service of the staff, so I don't know if it's friendly or not.

The villa very large and very accommodating, specially for small family and feeling home because of decors are great. Need additional kitchenware hence villa purpose to let guest feeling home and long stay expectation.

2nd visit, chose one bedroom villa with pool, its great & spacious, location is great, near indomaret, minimart, coffeshops & restaurant

AC kamar tidak dingin, remote juga error, dimana mana kotor debuan, lantai juga kotor seperti lama tidak dibersihkan, toilet ada kecoa dan banyak semut merah, air pancuran juga gak keluar normal, cloket jamuran. Kulit saya gatal-gatal karena tungau kasur. Kondisi unit 15B tidak sama seperti di foto. Kamar juga tidak ada televisinya seperti di tampilan. Intinya tidak sesuai gambarnya. Pantas saja ketika check out sama sekali tidak disuruh nunggu untuk dicek lagi kamarnya, langsung kasih kunci aja terus bisa langsung pulang. Tolong ditingkatkan lagi kualitasnya ya, receptionist nya ramah tapi sama juga bohong kalau telepon kamarnya gak bisa berfungsi. Intinya kalau kalian kasih kamar diskon ternyata seburuk ini, lebih baik tidak usah dijual kamarnya.

Kejadian kalung anak kami ketinggalan padahal kami sudah kembali ke Jakarta dan karena terbuang di tempat sampah. Namun berkat kebaikan dan ketulusan hati dalam melayani customer, Alhamdulillah kalung anak kami kembali ditemukan dengan kebesaran hati crew Kanishka dikoordinasi Saudara Agus mau membongkar tempat sampah tersebut hingga menemukan kembali kalung tersebut dan mengirimkannya ke kami di Jakarta. Nice room, nice staff, but the TV channel choices are few.

Nice place. Clean, friendly staff. Only no breakfast was provided because it was just recovering due to covid. You can try it for those who like traveling in Seminyak Bali. Thank you.

Less bright, the lights are too dark. Because I only stayed downstairs, which was a bit scary at night.
