Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your stay at Le Jardin Villas.
Please accept our apologies for anything that made your stay uncomfortable. We have carried out routine treatments twice a week, namely fogging and spraying to anticipate mosquitoes, in addition to providing mosquito repellent in each villa. However, due to the rainy season, the results are not optimal. Le Jardin Villas itself has the theme of gardens and lots of plants so that when it rains dry leaves may fall to the swimming pool so it looks dirty, for that our team is always willing to clean the swimming pool before using it according to guest requests.
During the pandemic, some of our facilities were closed including the restaurant and SPA. So we collaborate with outside parties so that every order made is always recommended to guests 1 day in advance to adjust the time with these outsiders.
Once again, on behalf of the management, I apologize for all our shortcomings, hopefully in the future we can provide even better services and facilities.
