Clean, comfortable, and good service

When we arrived, we were immediately warmly greeted by the receptionist, Kak Shafiraa, thank you for helping us during our stay here, the service we received was very suitable for a 5-star hotel, the food was also delicious, access to the mall was also very easy, RECOMMENDED!!🤍

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful with Mbak Vira, the breakfast menu was varied and delicious, the room was quite spacious, only maybe the room cleaning staff should be more attentive, 5 days of staying, only a few times the floor was cleaned, only 1 towel was given, in fact, there was 1 day the wet towel was not replaced, only folded. For the staff, it changes, there is 1 who is friendly and does his job properly, the floor is cleaned, as is the toilet. Stayed here because of the information there is a sauna, it turned out to be broken, hopefully in the future the facilities will be better, thank you.
