The staff, from the bell attendants and reception team to the breakfast attendants, were all very kind, friendly, and accommodating. The room was comfortable and pleasant, with a good variety of breakfast options as well. Iron can be borrowed from reception. Overall, the service was very satisfying and definitely worth the price. The hotel is also conveniently located just a short walk from Grand Batam Mall. Very good location.

My new favorite hotel in Batam😍 PRO's: - The shower water pressure was amazingly strong - The drain was not clogged - The hairdryer was working very well and it was super strong also - The toilet bidet sprayer was also fine - Big and comfortable bed - Decent size in-room TV - Decent size room space - Netflix was super easy and smooth to access - YouTube was also well connected - Staffs were majority friendly, polite, and attentive - Easy and fast check-in & check-out - Very convenient location - Musholla was provided along - We are allowed to borrow telekung (prayer suit) - Wi-Fi was working well - Iron was available subject to request CON's: - Bathroom was a bit too small - Outdated property but still well managed - Breakfast was good but very boring and had not much variety. Other than these minor downsides, it was a super good hotel option. I would love to come back one day, inshaAllah. Thank you, SBI Baloi team!
