Comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff

Ok, clean room and good service and nice view.

I was very happy, the kids had fun too. The swimming pool is sufficient because there is one near the beach and one near the hotel. For kids and families, I recommend this hotel. The breakfast is quite good, the pancakes are delicious, and the black sticky rice porridge is delicious in my opinion. The room is quite spacious, the facilities are okay. A small suggestion for the restaurant: if there are a lot of guests, it needs to be enlarged to avoid queues. But otherwise, it's fine, my family and I are happy.

It's a pleasant atmosphere for a family vacation, and it's not crowded even during school holidays, so you can enjoy the sports area more fully. However, you'll need to bring plenty of food and drinks from the city, as it's too far from a convenience store.

The place is very comfortable and pleasant, very suitable for family vacations and honeymoons.

I see so many tourists visiting this resort. It's worth every cent to stay here. Good location, good variety of food. Will come back.

Staff reception name Urfa, very bad services. Security and gift shop staff are far better than the reception.

All the hotel staff were very helpful, especially the security guard on duty at the hotel lobby on February 20th and 22nd. He was very helpful in carrying our luggage during check-in and check-out. Thank you, gentlemen—I forgot their names.

Beautiful view with natural nuances and fresh air as well as adequate facilities

It was fun... But because it was high season, it was crowded. It was a bit crowded during CIn and breakfast... lol But it was really impressive. My kids loved it. They only planned to stay for one night, so they extended their stay to two. The room was spacious, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the staff, especially the receptionist, were nice. Even though there were a lot of guests, they remained professional.
