The building and layout are old-fashioned, with carpets, so the first time you arrive at the floor, you'll smell musty. The rooms are average-sized, and the bathrooms are also old-fashioned.

Asking for two cards is not allowed, it's difficult to get up and down, asking the staff for help takes a long time. With respect, it is not as expected, even though the hotel is considered a senior in Palembang City, it should be able to be an example and maintain the quality of service for the comfort of visitors. 1. Access to the elevator, room doors and the room's electrical system uses a special card given by the receptionist, only given 1 card (with the reason of being full of guests staying) makes it difficult to move if we want to do activities outside the room. For example, wanting to leave the room, while there is still a family in the room so it is not possible to bring the access card. (It is better to be given 2 (one for the room's electrical system, the other for door and elevator access.) 2. The bathroom floor is flooded, very unsuitable because it is potentially slippery due to puddles and if there is feces it is still possible to be carried along with sticking to the soles of the feet and into the room. 3. Should the room floor be given a mat/covering from the cold floor. 4. Basement parking is not connected/there is no elevator facility to the reception lobby. Thus the suggestions given, hopefully it can be improved and can increase the comfort of visitors when choosing to stay there. We apologize if it is not acceptable, regards.
