The best hotel in Senggigi👍👍👍 I've been a regular for the past 12 years every time I go to Lombok. The service is top-notch, you can enjoy slow living because the beach is only for hotel guests, the staff is friendly, you can get the biggest room & ocean view😍🥳

Booked 6 nights and 7 days 27th December 2025 - check out 2 January 2026 for wedding anniversary and also New Year in the Pool room view. I have called and WhatsApp'ed them about my intended stay. In the call they mentioned we would have a gala dinner because we stayed over for New Year. We also received a letter that says "welcome you to join" the dinner. Then when we arrived in the dinner venue (we left the letter in the room), we weren't welcomed well and we're told our room number wasn't registered for the dinner. The lady (which I think is the manager or PIC) was also b*tchy and was far from friendly or accommodating. I had to show again my booking to enter the dinner. She did let me in but not a single apology. More like "ok let them in" kind of attitude. Far from a 5 star hotel service. Definitely not recommending this hotel. I think the manager/pic lady should get proper hospitality training. Although mentioning we are celebrating 1st wedding anniversary they didn't even congratulate us. And breakfast was tasteless.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My luggage was brought to my room while I waited for a room to become available. As soon as I arrived, TARAAAAA! They gave me two small beds (I requested one large bed). I tried the BBQ party on Saturday night... I thought it was AYCE... yes, it was, but there were NO drinks at all. You had to buy them separately, even just water. It's all you can eat, but not all you can drink! Breakfast was okay. The hotel location was great; I enjoyed the beachfront atmosphere.

For the second time, I was upgraded to an executive grand suite, along with numerous other bonuses and freebies. Thank you, Sheraton Senggigi. I will definitely stay here again.
