The food is varied, the staff is helpful, and the bathroom needs updating, as the faucet is worn out. Overall, the hotel's facilities are good for a reasonable price. I recommend staying here, as it's within walking distance of the station and not too far to Braga.

Room 362 was even worse: a creepy atmosphere, fussy kids, a dirty bathroom, a refrigerator that wouldn't work, a TV with poor broadcasts, dirty curtains, and dirty chairs. With such a strategic location, the hotel should be better, so more guests would give it the best rating. The price is also quite expensive for the poor room facilities.

The location is strategic, but upon entering the room, I had a bad impression. The room was dirty, the carpet was dirty, the towels smelled bad, the bathroom was dirty, many of the furniture were broken, the curtains were dirty, and the room had a creepy atmosphere.

The receptionist was friendly. However, the security was too indifferent to the guests from arrival to departure. Many of the fitness equipment was broken. The engineering staff was told to wait a while from 4:10 PM until 5:50 PM, but they never arrived. There was no further communication from the engineering staff. Many spa attendants smoked freely in the fitness and pool areas. If they were allowed, the hotel was too liberal. In room 118, the sink faucet was difficult to open, and the towels didn't smell nice and still smelled musty, as if they hadn't been laundered. Hopefully, things will improve in the future. I am not satisfied with the service I received at this hotel (not to mention the receptionist, who still communicated well). Thank you.

It's comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the security is on standby. Highly recommended. The only downside is that the TV image was broken yesterday.

Family friendly hotel, central location, delicious food and lots of variety.

The location of the hotel is close to nearby entertainment venues, especially for those who want to walk around Braga Citywalk, it is quite close, 15 minutes from the hotel, but it is very unfortunate for the room with a size that is already nice and spacious, but in the corners of the room there is still a smell of urine and the central AC is not cold enough and also the TV does not use a smart TV, but for facilities such as a hairdryer it is quite helpful because it is really needed. The most suggestion for the TV is to try using a Smart TV plus an air freshener to make it smell good and also for things that are lacking such as a stove and cutlery to be added.

The room phone was broken and couldn't be reached. I had to go down to the lobby to find out if the soap was out of stock. The towels smelled bad and were dirty, no longer worthy of a 4-star hotel. The TV channels were broken and there was no in-room entertainment. It was a very uncomfortable stay at the Golden Flower Hotel.

The hotel staff are friendly, the service is also good, unfortunately the room is not good, the carpet is dusty, the TV is bad, the bathroom is full of rust, the facial tissue smells really bad.

The hotel staff was friendly and very pleasant, thank you Ms. Juliana for helping us so much. The breakfast menu was quite delicious and very varied, but unfortunately, many of the room facilities were damaged. For example, the shower faucet was broken, the dressing table, the kettle, the door, the minibar were missing, and the floor mats needed replacing. The AC was very cold.

This hotel offers excellent service and is located right in the city center. It's just a short walk to Braga or the town square. The food was excellent, and the flavors were perfect for our taste buds. Next time we're in Bandung, we'll definitely be back!

The location is strategic, the staff is friendly and helpful. Early check-in wasn't possible, but we got a free room upgrade. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Stayed on a weekday, but it was quite crowded, with many bringing families. It wasn't terrible, but the rooms weren't soundproof. A suggestion might be to improve the gym equipment. Overall, it's recommended.

Spacious room, friendly staff, close to the town square and Braga. The only downside is that the towels smell a bit musty. So far, so good 🫰
