The room is clean but small. It's a bit difficult to find halal food.

the lift so bad because no ac in their lift and the carpet so many dust and for the bed room they clean but they didn’t change the bed sheet

The hotel staff was friendly. The room we booked was a connecting room with no smoking, but when we checked in, it turned out to be smoking. The staff initially said it couldn't be changed. However, after complaining again, we were finally moved. We were able to leave the next room, which we had been using for a shower, so we could move. Besides the incident of getting the wrong room, I really enjoyed it here. It was cheap, clean, and close to my destination.

I stayed at the Tune Hotel from July 11th to 13th...and many of my belongings were missing from my suitcase. I highly do not recommend staying at this hotel again.

Booked a bed for 4 people and got 2 rooms with connecting doors overlooking the city street. The location is strategic, close to everything—just a 10-minute walk, and food is close by. It's a great experience—I'll definitely be back.

Great Location & Helpful Staff I stayed at Tune Hotel and really liked the location very strategic and convenient. The room was quite small, but it was enough for two people. The AC worked well, and I really appreciated that the hotel changed the linens and towels daily. At first, we requested a room on the upper floor, but it had an unpleasant smell. We reported it to the staff, and they were very responsive and allowed us to move to another room. The new room was much better clean, fresh, and comfortable. Overall, a great value stay with good service. Would definitely consider staying again!

The room was clean, but it was too small and cramped. There was no coffee or tea in the room, and there was no electric kettle. It was a bit of a hassle to brew something, as you had to go to the second floor in front of the reception, where there was a hot and cold water dispenser. That was the downside of this hotel.

I have stayed at Tune Hotel Pulau Pinang 3 times and it has never disappointed me, besides its strategic location in the middle of the city. Tune Hotel is also pocket-friendly for those who want to go on a culinary tour and for people who are only visiting Penang for a short medical treatment. The hotel facilities are also adequate, clean, and comfortable.

The staff are very friendly... The location is good, easy to get anything to eat. The room is clean.
