Good hotel to stay and easy to reach

spacious room with a great view facing the harbour. staff are friendly and helpfull eventhough some of them didnt speak english at all.

I always stay at M Hotel every time I visit Singapore for a business trip, considering its distance to the CBD and MRT station. Plus, they have a considerably larger room size than most hotels at their price range.

All is good but only one think should be concern about my experience here, I had to wait 2 hrs and a half to be able to enter my room when i checked in because the room is not ready yet (the check in time is 3 pm but i had to wait until aroun 4.30 pm).

The room is clean, the equipment and amenities are very good. The hotel provides toothbrushes, toothpaste, multi-national chargers, irons, hair dryers, etc. The staff speaks good English, this hotel is suitable for first-time visitors, the geographical location is also quite convenient to visit places of interest, entertainment, etc.

Love the place and the hospitality.

Check out is at 11 am, the swimming pool has a jacuzzi, breakfast has many food choices,

Had a pleasant stay during the Lunar New Year. The concierge staff was exceptionally helpful, even with the long wait for taxis due to LNY. The rooms were not new but super spacious and clean! Location wise, it's super accessible by both bus and MRT. Good food and hawker center within walking distance as well.

The room is too small for four people.

room spacious, clean, near public transport

Check-in counter staff was friendly and process was smooth. Room was quite spacious and clean, but the furnishings are rather dated. However, we were quite disappointed that the extra benefits from this booking such as welcome drinks and late check out could not be found at the hotel's system so did not manage to enjoy these benefits.

This was my second time booking the hotel room for my parents to stay. The location is good i.e., near to Tanjong Pagar MRT, and if want to, can walk to Vivo City and from there take train or bus to Resort World Sentosa. One can also walk to Lau Pa Sat (hawker center), Merlion, and Marina Bay Sand Resort from the hotel as well. During the first visit, the air con was not functioning, and upon feedback to the receptionist, a technician was deployed to fix the air con in the room. During the second visit, no hiccups according to my parents as the air con is functioning well.

The hotel is close to the MRT and bus stop, located around an office building, quite strategic👍🏻

Opposite the Hotel there is a Bus Stop. The MRT station is quite a walk. Nice rooms, clean and spacious.

Very good, very comfortable, good access to all corners of the city.

Clean and tidy hotel with friendly staff, quite affordable price, close to local food centres. Great view from above. Great facilities. Such a great option for holiday.

M hotel is highly recommended. Clean, comfortable and friendly service. Good breakfast, very strategic location. This is my 3rd time back to stay. We will back.
