I enjoyed my stay at Dorsett Grand Subang. The room was comfortable, the facilities were complete and the hotel staff were very helpful. The check-in and check-out process was also smooth. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would not mind staying here again in the future.

Perfect location especially if you need to go back and forth to the hospital, near the park, easy to find food and convenience store. The bathroom is patient friendly accompanied with handles. Have problem is the level of the floor in the bathroom it makes the water can not properly flow and made all bathroom floor wet, when we asked for new bathmat it took so long. Breakfast foods are good, lots of variation, long breakfast time. Hotel staff are mostly friendly and helpful.

The atmosphere was comfortable, but I was a little disappointed when I discovered the toothpaste and toothbrush I brought weren't in the bathroom. I was forced to use the hotel's toothpaste and toothbrush. I felt uncomfortable. The refrigerator in the room also wouldn't cool and made a lot of noise.

The Dorset Subang Hotel is very close to the Subang Jaya Medical Center so those who want to have a medical check-up or treatment can stay at the Dorset Subang hotel. As for the hotel itself, PERFECT. Everything is the best

The hotel is great because it is near Subang Jaya Medical. But the hotel is a bit old, so maybe that's the reason the AC in the room isn't too cold. The staff came to fix it but still no change. But overall pretty good.

Overall, the room, environment, breakfast buffet, and lunch buffet are very nice. Furthermore, my room has been upgraded to a junior suite. But quite disappointed when checking in, we had to wait till 5 PM since the room was not ready, still occupied with cricket players who prolonged their stay. Staff at the front desk was very nice. Love the lady so much even though we had to wait so long. Hope management should do something regarding this matter. Thank you.

Air conditioner was not cold. They changed my room but the new room was not properly cleaned. There was only 1 mug instead of 2 and 1 of the complimentary drinking water was already opened. The QR code for in room dining was also not working. I didn't enjoy my staycation at all.

Hotel staff were responsive and friendly. Can improve to ensure towels and toiletries are replenished accordingly. Some of the lighting are not functioning and telephone is out of order.

I arrived at the hotel lobby near midnight. Very lucky, because my room was upgraded to a presidential suite. Hotel service is very good. Even though it is quite old. But the condition of the hotel is very good and it is comfortable to stay here. However, the breakfast menu is almost the same every day. But I think the variety is enough. In essence, I am quite satisfied with this hotel.
