I had a really great experience staying in My City Hotel because the room was clean, especially the bathroom was superb: clean with good light and comfortable... The extra was it's near the MRT of Masjid Jamek (just a few steps), there were so many food stalls around it, just a few meters from Mydin and Haniffa to buy Beryl's chocolate, coffee, teabags as a gift from Malaysia, and near Masjid Jamek and other tourism spots (could be reached on foot easily).

I stayed at this hotel twice. I love this hotel so much. The service was 100% excellent for me.

Good location steps away from LRT Masjid Jamek and Dataran Merdeka. Room is basic and clean. No complimentary parking.

The hotel is clean. There's a tea maker in the room. The room is spacious enough for two people. The AC is cool. The bathroom is clean. The shower has hot water and is good. The hotel staff is friendly. Easy access everywhere. The train station is only about 150 meters away. There are many breakfast stalls around the hotel. The Jamek Mosque is right next to the hotel. I'll stay here next time I go to KL.

The hotel staff is very friendly, scales are provided, and the location is strategic for shopping for hijabs and baju kurung. It's very close to Sogo Mall, just a short walk away. The hotel is also clean, and drink refills and an iron are provided. Great, God willing, I'll be back again.

Overall good, but the bathroom is dirty and slippery, it looks like the network needs to be cleaned
