I got a room with a broken AC, for 2 nights staying, every night I slept without AC, every complaint was immediately handled but not long after the AC had problems again. We were given the option to change rooms, but the room given was not suitable, so we chose to stay in the previous room even though the AC was off. When checking in, the front office officer was also not friendly, I didn't even see him grumbling at customers once. With a good location and room design, it is a shame that the service and quality of the rooms are like that. The location is very close to Clarke Quay and you can access many places on foot.
