I really like the hotel. the bed concept is combining the mezzanine level for study room and the bed below. it has AI voice assistant although it's a bit clunky to be used. facilities are complete, but unfortunately i didn't get shaving kit and when I want to ask the receptionist, they're always busy with other customers. trying to call via the AI, there's no one answering.. food is great, not much variety but enough to fulfill our tummy.. also tried the gym, it got 2 treadmills, bench, dumbbell and elyptical machines..

Checked in at around 4.30pm - was told to wait 15 minutes, ended up checking in at 5.30pm? Room was extremely dusty, bed sheet was coming off.

We are two seniors who came to Singapore for leisure and walking. This hotel is close to the river access pathway, making it a safe and convenient way to get to Marina Bay Sands or the other way to Chinatown. We've stayed at Studio M several times because the rooms are not too small for the price range. It's easy to access public transportation to the MRT (Fort Canning) and the bus stop is close by, though it's a 5-minute walk to the bus stop and a 10-minute walk to the MRT. It's close to restaurants in the Clark Quay area. We ate at Memo restaurant in the hotel lobby area—it was delicious, and the prices were comparable to places outside the hotel.

We know that the access to this hotel is limited. It is far from MRT so we are mentally prepared to always take a taxi. But the hotel is located in a quiet area (night culinary area) and for the price we can get a new experience of a bunk room which our children are very happy to stay there for 1 day.

The room is the same as the photos from app. It's clean and well-designed. We can place our luggages and shopping downstairs, do some laptop work without disturbing the other person sleeping upstairs. Wi-Fi works well. They have a desktop AI machine that you can use to call receptionist, ask for amenities (bellboy will come by to give them to your room), ask for recommendations for restaurants, etc. Hot water in shower works well. Mini fridge works well. Breakfast spread is decent with various choices available. Pool and lounging area is beautiful and comfortable. MRT station takes a bit of walk (+-1 km) but near the hotel there are scenic riverside walks with a lot of restaurants. Hotel is connected to MEMO cafe on the ground floor, we got a $40 coupon through our app booking. Hotel staff are pleasant and friendly. Especially Richard who received us when checking in, he also taught us how to get to MRT station and other places when we arrived.

Several areas are dusty, incl bed. Need better cleaning before new guess especially who is allergic to dust coming in. But overall, good good.

Booked for 3 person for adult. The third person got sofa bed with no proper stuff, no pillow, blanket, or even the sheet. Its only for 2 person not 3 person for adult. If only the room valid for 2 person why you offered in OTA that you can provide for 3 person? Bad.

I got a room with a broken AC, for 2 nights staying, every night I slept without AC, every complaint was immediately handled but not long after the AC had problems again. We were given the option to change rooms, but the room given was not suitable, so we chose to stay in the previous room even though the AC was off. When checking in, the front office officer was also not friendly, I didn't even see him grumbling at customers once. With a good location and room design, it is a shame that the service and quality of the rooms are like that. The location is very close to Clarke Quay and you can access many places on foot.
