Water heater problem. No water

Room smelly and too small. Not comfortable room

It was forced to change the room from 303 to 306 because the room problem could not lock from the inside. Room 306 of the TV broadcast was missing and the remote TV was not to use. Please upgrade room service for the future.

Noisy air conditioning, TV remote problem, shower slow, no hotel receipt, hard to claim.

Looks drab, but nevertheless a satisfactory stay. Good Eatsare aroundn the staff were friendly.

Our room was changed 4 times since the aircond problem was not cold, no soap, broken wall and no electricity. Strongly does not support for recommendations at the other end.

Requested for a queen bed but I got a twin bed.

Although the room is not the same as the picture, but for a double queen size bedroom. Rm40 + per night is well worth it. Ideal for backpackers. Can improve lighting in the room.

Water leaking from a/c. The staff doesn't help at all.

Aircond is not too cold in room 113, it may need to be serviced.

The location of the hotel is easy to find. Services and services are quite potential and friendly enough. Comfortable hotel environment. The room is large and comfortable. Just need to fix the aircond because the temperature is too cold. Everything else is really good.

the room is not same with the picture. and it's too dangerous for stay at here and so creepy and i think they are not wash the blanket.

I booked standard double but the hotel upgraded the room to superior double room without any additional payment. Thank you! Room is clean, cozy and comfortable.

The unbleached bed sheet is not cleaned because there is still garbage in the garbage container and the bathroom wall room floor is thinner again as I can hear the app they make in the next room.

Unfortunately the picture shown in the photo is not the one I expected. Especially the TV! omg it was devastated. The tv was like an old 90's not LCD. The room are dirty and the toilet door were broken. The bed were busy and the room wasn't sound proof. Can hear the neighbor sound goodness sake. Car park need to pay if not got saman. Need to improve in everything. I just hope the management just show the actual reality when advertise. All I can accept is only the aircond is new. Well, what you pay what you get. Cheap stay less satisfied. Suitable for those backpackers. Thanks

Upon arrival payment was made for deposit, cash received by the receptionist but no receipt given at all for guess references. Upon check out..returning of the room key, i ask for a receipt for claiming issuance purposes..Guest what the fat male Chinese receptionist said?? We cannot gave you the receipt with an attitude unacceptable and rudest way of explanations given to me. Remember in a hotel line never say no to the guess, event if its impossible, there's a way for you to explain the reasons to the guess in a polite manner way.

the actual room with the photo are totally different! so disappointing about it and i will keep it recorded.
