It was pleasant, not at all scary or horror like people said it would be. Great place

Comfortable, not noisy, and HokBen purchases are available, so you can have a relaxing coffee.

There's no tolerance at check-out and they'll charge you, whereas at other hotels, the check-out time is a maximum of one hour late. The service here used to be excellent, but now it's a bit disappointing, so I won't be returning to Kartika Chandra unless the management is revamped and improves. 🙏🏻

The second time I stayed, perhaps because there were only a few guests, the breakfast that was originally a buffet became an in-room breakfast. It was strange. In the bathroom of room 361, the normal water in the sink didn't work, and the water reservoir in the flush was leaking.

The hotel's concept prioritizes guest comfort. However, due to its long history, some may find it outdated. Overall, however, the hotel is comfortable, close to the city center, and offers plenty of activities nearby.

A classic hotel that is still comfortable, with decent facilities, good food, maybe the lights need to be brightened up again

The hotel staff is very friendly and we stayed for 2 days here. The location is very strategic for attending events at JCC Senayan.

Always like the atmosphere of this hotel, even though it is one of the old hotels in Jakarta, but it is still well maintained, the rooms are spacious, clean, the bathroom is clean, the atmosphere is comfortable, the staff is friendly, the food is also delicious although the variety is not much, maybe because I stayed on weekdays and there were not many guests staying. But still this hotel is my main choice every time I come to Jakarta.

too spooky! there is only 1 receptionist and rarely any guests stay. really should have stopped operating.

Food or breakfast I didn't eat because I had to check out at 5.30 am... but about the hotel, it was very comfortable for me... because I often stay at the hotel... easy access to everywhere... the toll road is close... in Dulung, food is easy around the hotel

Old school hotel, but the vibe is still quite luxurious. Even though it is located in the city center, it is not noisy inside the hotel. Comfortable for me time. The only drawback is that the breakfast menu is not very varied & the gym facilities are not well maintained (the AC is not working). Overall, I still want to come back for a staycation
