I spent my time at the hotel, not the villa. Overall, facilities were clean enough, even though some of them need maintenance. The staff were fast response. It's quite difficult for people having special needs, such as disability or old people because of the contour of the hotel location. I suggest bringing a vehicle to reach the location and a wheelchair for them.

First time spent weekend at Summer Hills villa. We got a nice, fun, and good experience during our stay here. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always helping with everything we need. Just a bit concerned about the cleaning at the villa, there's a lot of ants, but overall everything is good. We got a villa near the pool. Will be back for another vacation.

The hotel staff are friendly and quick to respond when asked for assistance. But unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in the room is not working, because I stayed in the Villa type, in my opinion the doormats are also not enough (there are only 2), while the doormat at the entrance, dirty, so it can hardly be used, and there is no doormat for the balcony area either, even though the balcony area is dusty so it must be dirty. But when asked for it, it was immediately given. For amenities there are also not many, because the prediction is that 6 adults will stay (because there are 3 rooms) at least soap, etc. are provided for 6 people but only 1 small bottle..maybe it would be better if it was provided in a sticky bottle. And, what is a bit unpleasant here is the check-in time is very strict, it is really 12 noon to enter the room, even though I have arrived earlier and there is no one in my room. I asked for an early check-in of 10-15 minutes but it was not given..lol.. but it's okay overall my family and I are always satisfied staying here. Hopefully in the future Summer Hills will be even cooler.

The room is okay, the sofa needs vacuuming.. and the biggest downside is there's no stove, only a sink so you can't cook. Add a sound system for karaoke, it'll be even more fun 😭

This is our second visit to Summerhills with the extended family.

It's really cool, the price is still affordable for a crowd.

It's so cool that everyone can make an impression on my big day. Even though I didn't have a wedding here, I was able to do pre-weddings or other things. The view is beautiful. The room is spacious for MUAs too, and the family can stay overnight.

Service needs improvement; 1.) Hotel slippers were not available in the room 2.) The water was off for about 1 hour 3.) The electricity went out for a while, although not for long 4.) The room telephone was not working and was placed inappropriately, namely in the bathroom, not next to the bed

For the garden to be maintained and beautified again.

The atmosphere is really nice, comfortable, cool, and beautiful. Perfect for a staycation with the family, but the Wi-Fi is really slow.

The hotel's atmosphere is very serene and suitable for families. However, it would be nice to have some freshener in the bathroom.

It consists of a villa and a hotel. Initially, I got a hotel room without an access card, but with a key. When I entered, the AC wasn't working properly, so I asked to move rooms. The room was quite spacious, but very old, and the bathroom door was rotting and difficult to close. There were also lots of ants, and there was no elevator. My friend stayed in a villa, and the bathroom was infested with cockroaches. The villa itself looked comfortable, with a microwave, dining table, sofa, and balcony. The hotel food wasn't very good. The beef was tough. There was a Jumpstart coffee machine at the front desk, but it wouldn't work. So I had to buy coffee at the Kopi Seru! cafe inside the hotel.

I had a staycation with my parents. So far, they're enjoying it. Since it's a weekday, there's no breakfast, but luckily there's Kopi Seru cafe.
