Lovely hotel with exceptional staff. Extremely safe area for walking during day and night. Lots of eating options within a walkable distance from hotel (.5 km). Parking at hotel available for 6 euros or there is a public parking garage 2 minutes away. I love the colors inside the hotel. Toilet is separate from bathroom. Bathroom has tub, shower and bidet. River runs nearby. Lovely place!

free parking about 100yards away or in building for 5 euros a day. dated furniture and tv(small 19" tube tv). could be cleaner, pasta piece found below the desk and urine stain found on toilet seat. clean sheets , slightly lumpy bed. daily house keeping. room facing street but street noise is minimal as very litle traffic in end of october and double pane windows. convient dutyfree shopping in same building. good for short duty free shopping trip decent breakfast buffet with bacon and eggs.

I would say build in the 1970s and not changed much since.. holes in bed covers and curtains . Breakfast poor , but what do you expect for € 40

A comfortable and economical hotel just over the border in Andorra. Downstairs and nearby are a number of duty free outlets and supermarkets. Breakfast was included but reminded us of a mad scramble.

Don't know how this is rated this high. Finding the hotel was extremely difficult. There is a very small"H"sign in the middle of the block. The lobby is quite lovely but the rooms look like they haven't been changed in years. The beds were very uncomfortable - hard mattresses and scratchy blankets. Air conditioning did not work at all. Our room overlooked the main road and was very noisy. The breakfast was not very good.

It's like stepping back in time to the 1970's with the decor. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was excellent

The shower in our room smelled awful and the rooms were really not modern. The breakfast was so so. Other than that everything was fine.

Generally good but very good value for the cost. Next to shopping centre and local cafe's. Caters for coach groups but check in staff proved efficient minimising the delay. Breakfast wasn't exciting but acceptable.

Se trata de un hotel sencillo pero completo. Las habitaciones son amplias, con camas cómodas, si bien las habitaciones presentan el problema del ruido de las cisternas, algo que, en el silencio de la noche, interrumpe el sueño. El trato del personal es amable y atento. Además, ofrecen varias soluciones de aparcamiento. Por otro lado, el hotel tiene debajo un centro comercial y una cafetería, lo que supone una gran comodidad. A unos 15 minutos de Andorra La Vella.

Estoy muy enfadado con Hoteles.com, pues tenía alojamiento con desayuno incluido, 3 pax del 27 al 31/07/2021,y pasasteis un documento al hotel que no incluía el desayuno, cuando yo, tengo una reserva confirmada por vosotros, que estaba incluido.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel habría sido perfecta( relación calidad precio) si no fuera , porque nos vendisteis el desayuno incluido en el precio, y nuestra sorpresa fue que cuando llegamos al hotel solo teníamos alojamiento. Con el señor de la noche no hubo manera de enterderse( un problema que fue culpa de Hoteles. com). Por la mañana pudimos hablar con una recepcionista que entendió perfectamente que sobre todo no era culpa del cliente. Esto no me ha pasado nunca!!!!!! Y no me gustaría que me vuelva a pasar!!!!!!!! Hotel situado al lado de la carretera y con un centro comercial debajo y otro a 100 metros. Funcional, sencillo, completo.

Сама комна достаточно просторная, но вся мебель старая. Кровати немного жёсткие. В целом жить можно. Рядом кафе, супермаркет и остановка автобуса.

Passage en Andorre Hotel sympa, nourriture simple, mais ce n'était pas le but.

Calidad Precio muy buena, bien de precio y encima desayuno incluido. Menu Cena bien de precio, poca variedad pero se entiende por el precio. Algo desactualizado, pero si quieres algo mas moderno y mas variedad en la comida por Andorra te costará el doble.

El hotel está muy muy antiguo , interiores de los años 70-80 , colchón incomodo y televisión de las antiguas que se veía muy mal . Bajé la maleta al coche por comodidad mia y cuando subí de nuevo a la habitación ya la habían hecho y me decían que no podía usarla ( eran las 9,45 de la mañana todavía ) . A mi llegada a las 13,30 no me dejaron subir a la habitación , porque era pronto. Pero en general lo peor fue volver al pasado con chapados marrones , grifería antigua no momo mando , televisión obsoleta , etc . No repetiré. A demás de la mala educación con la que me trató la gobernanta .

Lets start with the positive. The man in the reseption was very friendly and tried to help us as much as he could. But that was the only thing positive with this place. There was no air condition, even though in said that there was. We had to sleep with the window open, and it was right by the main road. The beds were nor comfortable at all. And the room was very dirty. We had booked this hotel for 2 nights but ended up switching hotel after the first night.
