Stayed 1 night due to flight cancellation. Very rude and unhelpful receptionist late at night on arrival. Room dirty, used a tissue to press the toilet flush as it was sticky, not even a bottle of water in the room, no hand wash for the sink.Very noisy rooms, could hear doors all night and furniture being moved in other rooms. Could also hear everything outside from 12th floor

Hotel facilities are good, food good, was clean and in good location to bars, shops and beach. We hadn't realised when we booked this hotel that this area was predominantly German.

I couldn’t stay they never found my reservation. Call the staff twice and said I was not on their system.

This hotel mainly caters for the German tourists which in itself is not a problem. Room was comfortable. Breakfast didn't start until 08:00. Not too far from the airport.

This hotel deserves another star.. 5 stars !! Only problem there is all the germans arround this wonderful place 😅 All the staff was very friendly with us and our baby .. GRACIAS to the 2 Jose’s on the bar outside for filling up my baby’s bottles every night ..😂 And to the amazing girls during the breakfast for being so gentle and friendly. I will return there for sure ❤️

The property overall was okay. Most staff were nice but a few very closed off. There was mold in the bathroom, mostly because it would steam up when you had a shower. Floor in the room was dusty, bed was constantly squeaking, and menu in the room had stains all over it. The area the hotel was in was convenient. The breakfast was nice but became very repetitive with the same items everyday.

The hotel is extremly central to Bierkönig and Beach. Thats all. You cannot shut the terrace door at all, you will hear wind and the cleaner using a high-water pressure device in the morning to clean outside areas. You will have light below the hotel room door coming through. You will hear the service staff talking loudly in front at the morning. We arrived there were bread crumbs on the bed and a black hair. The bathroom had snot from the previous customers in front of the basin. The air conditioning was turned off at 7 degrees outside. Horrible. The receptionists were all super nice ! Avoid at all cost if you can.

Good Hotel easy and convenient access to the beach shops as an English tourist, this is a Definitely a German tourist area. Bars restaurants and language in this area is German based.

Very unimpressed for a supposed 4 star hotel. Where to start with the problems. First of all there is no AC because of time in the season but it was 22’c outside temperature. Then if you open you door to the balcony to let cooler air in all you can hear is the Germans music and them singing along until 4 in the morning. Tried to have dinner at the hotel because I had an early flight and there kitchen at the top the hotel was closed. Then proceeded to have a look at there other restaurant and all they serve is a terrible buffet.

Everything was great except the parking. The description says on-site self-parking, but in reality it is just find what you can, street parking. It was okay during the off-season and we were able to find parking within 3 blocks, but I imagine it would be crazy during peak season.

Das Personal ist unfreundlich, das Essen ist sehr schlecht!

Wir haben uns hier Mitte Oktober sehr wohl gefühlt. Von den sogenannten "Sauf Touristen" gab es nur eine Hand voll und selbst die waren harmlos. Wir bekamen sogar an unserem Abreise Tag extra eine kleine Frühstücksauswahl. Lage Top! Schnell zum Strand und zur Platja runter und um die Ecke sind etliche Lokale. Wir empfehlen es weiter!
