This is more like a boutique hotel even though it is large. One employee works the desk, the breakfast area and serves as the go to question person about the town. She is amazing!! Our room was huge, and the picture in Hotels.com doesn't show how nice it is. I wish there had been a bar for wine or bear on site. We were there in the off season.

Very helpful staff ,the area was very clean ,bar and restaurants were reasonably priced and service good ,we have arranged to return in January with friends

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Ubeda. Das Personal des Hotels war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist historisch extrem heimelig.

Un engaño. Mas bien, individual con cama queen. Muy poco espacio, tipo buhardilla. Había un ruido. Sólo perceptible por la noche. Me aseguran que no era de ellos para no aceptar el cambio de habitación sin sobrecoste. El segundo día lo noté menos. Va y viene, pero existe.

Hotel céntrico. Es pequeño, por lo que resulta tranquilo y cómodo. Habitación limpia. Personal atento y muy servicial.

Una estancia muy agradable, es un hotel muy familiar, sin duda volvería a repetir.

Gut gelegenes Hotel in der Altstadt von Ubeda, direkt gegenüber dem Parador. Spanischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil in Ubeda. Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer im 2. Stock, sehr ruhig und prima Betten und mit Blick über Dächer in die Berge. Und es hatte eine Heizung, was bei einstelligen Außentemperaturen super war. Toll ist das Frühstück, man kann die Speisekarte rauf und runter bestellen und auch Spezialwünsch äußern. Alles wird frisch gemacht. Prima ist auch der kostenfreie öffentliche Parkplatz um die Ecke. Er wird zwar nachts abgesperrt, das ist aber normalerweise kein Problem.

Hotel muy bien situado. El desayuno, muy bueno, a la carta y servido por un personal muy amable. El único inconveniente, la dificultad para aparcar en las cercanías, pero es el precio a pagar por estar en pleno centro histórico Úbeda. Volveré

Maravillosa habitación, tienes un parking a pocos metros, todo muy bien cuidado y un maravilloso servicio, 100 x 100 recomendable
