Not happy with

A lovely hotel just a short 15 minute walk from the centre and on the circular bus route to get to the bus and railway stations. The only issue was the noisy groups of elderly travellers having breakfast in the morning. Although they were seated in a separate area, they decimated the breakfast buffet and made it unpleasant for other guests. It would have been much better if they had a separate buffet in their own area.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The resteraunt was closed for lunch and evening meals the entire weekend, which meant a lengthy walk into town or ordering in takeaway!! The staff were rude and obnoxious and gave the feeling they didn't want us there. Every time we asked to speak to a manager, no one was ever available. Not an enjoyable break all in all.

The room was very good, but unfortunately the overall service and willingness to help from the Staff was lacking.

Hotel is a bit outside town, which is what we were aiming for. Great value for money.

Contemporary, comfortable room, and reasonably well -maintained common facilities. Large number of parking spaces and electric charging for EVs. Bar needs improvement but staff is warm and accommodating.

This is an excellent hotel, and importantly, has parking on site included. The only issue is that it is a little remote so is a good 20 minutes walk into town. There are many car parks in town though, and they are not too expensive.

I have never been happier with a property or the staff. Marta, in particular, went out of her way to be sure that we had a great experience. I do not speak Spanish, but she called taxis, give me dining suggestions, was the balm that made a disastrous trip to Guadalajara, Spain one of the best experiences of my life. The new property had soothing decor. The bathroom with the rain shower head was especially enjoyable. The beds... heavenly. The restaurant on the property was closed, but less than a five minute walk away was a lovely restaurant and small shop. I would go to Guadalajara just to stay at Hotel Pax Guadalajara again.

Easy to find and 10 minutes walk to bars and restaurants

Great location close to the motorway. Easy parking just in front of the entrance. We had a very confortable big bed, just amasing for Spain. Staff at reception very nice and helpful, on both arrival and departure. Will stop there again for sure.

Soy cliente habitual y siempre tengo una experiencia sobresaliente. La limpieza de las habitaciones, el trato del personal, la comida y las instalaciones son perfectas.
